Some Scrappy Layouts

Okay so I know I've been a little MIA lately and I'm so sorry about that.  But since the new year started I've had soooo much going on.  So I decided to post a couple of scrapbook layouts from some classes that I recently taught at the store just in case you wanted some inspiration to get you motivated.

The Vegas layout was a dimensional photo class and you can't tell easily from the picture but three of the photos have different dimension on them.  One is woven, one is mosiac and one is just cut and popped.  Up close this give your layout tons of movement and makes for very interesting photos.

The Timeless Memories layout is VERY different.  Why? Because this entire layout started off with plain solid vanilla colored cardstock.  There is no pattern paper here either!  Cool huh?
The finished look was done using a variety of glimmer mists, goose bumps (which is a texture spray) and ink pads.

I taught this class at the store and at our Camp Crop a lot scrapbook retreat weekend and it was a huge success! Everyone loved learning how cool and easy thses techniques are.  Maybe I'll give a blog tutorial on this next week after I get back from Vacation.

Hope you enjoy seeing these cool layouts and trust me when I tell you that the pictures don't do them justice.  They are way cooler in person!
